This moderately telephoto view of northwestern Sagittarius, focusing on all the Messier objects from M25 at the top to the Lagoon and Trifid Nebulas (M8 and M20) at right center, over to M22 left of center and M23 at the right edge, offers a comparison with the other Sagittarius image using a Nikon in terms of the colors recorded.  This image was acquired with my Canon 5D modified camera which records the red nebulosity from electron transitions from n = 3 to n = 2 (part of the Balmer series).  Unannotated image.
