In November 2005 I took some of the deepest film camera shots of various regions of the sky to date, including this image of the area centered around the Veil Nebula in Cygnus, but also showcasing several of the big open clusters in Vulpecula.  Even with a 10 minute exposure, the Veil is hard to get!  Only the eastern section at the left edge of the circle is even half-way visible.  The open cluster NGC 6940 in northern Vulpecula is very under-rated in my opinion.  Unannotated image, Back to Constellations
