This picture shows the evening scene in late May with Jupiter situated in central Leo.  Jupiter's apparition in Leo late last year and the first half of this year mirrors his appearance in that constellation in 1980 and 1992, which I observed from Colorado but unfortunately do not have a picture of.  Aside from Jupiter, this scene is typical for a beautiful May evening, with mild temperatures but probably few bugs, and before the humidity of summer bears down on us in the mid-Atlatic region.  Unannotated image.
