Saturn and Neptune continue to occupy the area of sky in the vicinity of the Cetus-Pisces-Aquarius border. Saturn is in Cetus as it approaches its opposition on October 4, while Neptune inhabits Pisces. Two of the big four asteroids are nearby, with Vesta nearing its opposition point to the southeast of Saturn and Pallas doing the same further south. Pallas is just off the lower edge of the image.
