This picture shows Venus rising over the waters of Potomac Creek near the Belle Plains marina at the end of Belle Plains Road in Stafford County, Virginia.  Venus is about half way between η and γ Virginis now, and each day sinking deeper into morning twilight.  Virgo's stars have some pretty cool names: β is called Zavijava, η is known as Zaniah, γ is Porrima, and ε is Vindemiatrix.  Unannotated image.
