Venus and the crescent Moon joined again for another nice conjunction, this time considerably wider apart than was the case in September.  Here we see the pair over a cornfield in King George County in the Northern Neck of Virginia, rising in the first glimmers of twilight.  They are separated by 4°17'12", and the star to the upper right of Venus is Zaniah, otherwise known as η Virginis.  Unannotated image.
