Comet C/2025 A6 (Lemmon) is currenty visible in the morning sky in the constellation Canes Venatici, to the lower right of the Big Dipper asterism in Ursa Major. I found a spot with a clear northeast horizon but a waning crescent Moon and terrestrial lights brightened the sky too much to get a dark sky background. The comet was easily visible in 10x50 binoculars. Unannotated image. |
