Mercury continues its fine dawn apparition, but by now it is sinking into the twilight and becoming more difficult to see each day.  Here we see it barely peeking over the horizon a little over an hour before sunrise.  It shines at magnitude -0.35 and is situated almost exactly on the ecliptic.  Unannotated image.
