Venus has climbed up to its highest declination of the year for 2023, as thoroughly described by Guy Ottewell.  We also for the first time are able to image Venus and Mars on the same frame, and they will slowly get closer throughout the spring and summer months.  Venus is magnitude -4.17, while Mars is now between the brightness of the Gemini twins at +1.42 (Pollux is +1.15 and Castor +1.58).
