| Four days post conjunctivity we see Venus, now at shining at magnitude -3.98, being almost directly above Jupiter as seen from our latitude, 3° 48' 04" away from it. Jupiter has dimmed to -2.10 on this date as it sinks further down to its solar conjunction with each day. We can also see that Venus is closing in on the ecliptic from below, approaching its ascending node date on or about March 14, pi day LOL. |
