Jupiter and Saturn have spent the year 2021 in the constellation of the Sea-Goat, Capricornus.  Since their extremely close conjunction last December, naturally this year Jupiter has moved out ahead of Saturn and has been east of the ringed planet.  Here, a month after their oppositions, we see them on either side of the constellation but still nicely framed with this moderately telephoto view.  The bright dot just to upper right of Jupiter is one of its satellites, probably Ganymede or Callisto, because there is no star in the catalog at that location as bright as the dot.  Unannotated image
