The Sun is very active at the moment, with a massive sunspot group almost right in the center that we were able to see the previous evening with unaided vision right at sunset.  Other sunspots are also labeled.  This image was taken around 8:30 a.m., so solar north is oriented roughly toward the ten o'clock position.
