Sunday, May 29 dawned beautifully clear, giving us a clear view of the last planet conjunction
of the morning sky in the first half of 2022, namely Mars passing just south of Jupiter.
This view is when twilight was already well underway, so we can't see any background stars.
According to my planetarium software, Orion's TheSky®, Venus is magnitude -3.98, Jupiter is
-2.29, and Mars is +0.69. The separation between Jupiter and Mars is 00° 35' 04".
